Tiny Tots Academy is a child orientated organisation that caters to children aged between 3 months and 5 years. Our qualified and professional team deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage in an exciting and innovative manner. We aim to promote and develop skills in all areas of learning by providing children with a secure and safe environment where they can learn, laugh and play.
We are pleased to announce that Tiny Tots Academy in Handsworth Wood and in West Bromwich have both recently been awarded with an OUTSTANDING Ofsted reports. The staff and owner of the setting have worked extremely hard to bring the two nurseries to an outstanding level, and were very pleased to receive the outcome we had hoped for.

Tiny Tots Academy first opened in Birmingham in 2010. We started off as a small setting with a capacity of 40 children. We were initially graded a ‘satisfactory’ with Ofsted and worked towards a ‘Good’ within a year.
Soon after in 2015, we opened a second setting in Sandwell. This time a much larger setting, with a capacity of 100 children. This setting was also graded a ‘Good’ with Ofsted.
After training the staff and liaising with outside agencies, we reached a standard where the staff were providing outstanding care and education. We were able to provide a service where parents and carers were recommending our nursery to others. We went for strength to strength and were able to achieve an ‘Outstanding’ grade with Ofsted, at both of our settings.
The staff and owner of the setting have worked extremely hard to bring the nursery to an outstanding level, and were very pleased to receive the outcome we had hoped for.
The inspector was very pleased to see the challenge provided to children and the dedication of the staff working with them. She highly praised the manager and mentioned the dedication and commitment to driving improvement. A copy of both our Ofsted reports can be found at:
Extras
In hindsight the setting provides day care for children of early years between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. However we like to offer families with a more flexible choice of hours and care. We can offer half day sessions or hourly sessions depending on available spaces. We offer a pick up and drop off service for parents who can’t get to us (*subject to conditions).
We also offer out of school spaces during school holidays and summer clubs.
